The orthodox parish Iosefin was born in 1921 as a result of effort made by the true believers as Iacob Marian and Emanoil Ungureanu. Parish Church, which has the celebration of the church festival Virgin Mary's Birthday, was build between 1932 and 1936, and it was consecrated on 8 September 1936, as the vicar of the parish he was Ioan Imbroane. The place of worship repeat the traditional monastery style, with belfry, its design was inspired by the famous Saint Sofia Cathedral in Constantinopole. The mural painting was made by professor Catul Bogdan and Ioachim Miloia, later it was repaired by Anastasie Demian and Victor Jurca, the iconostasis, the chandelier and God`s Tomb were sculpted in lime wood by master Ştefan Gajo and Stefan Novac.
